What's the status of my order?
Go to My Account > My Orders and click on an item to review the shipment status and tracking information. You can also click on View Order Details to view your order details.

How can I cancel an order after placing it?
You can directly cancel an order before it is in the 'Dispatched' state by navigating to My Account > My Orders and opening the particular order shipment you wish to cancel. On this page, you will get the option to cancel your order shipment.
Once the order is in the 'Dispatched' state, you cannot cancel your order shipment; you may refuse to accept the delivery. We will refund you once the product reaches back to us in case of prepaid orders.
How long does it take to ship the orders?
We usually process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day and the standard delivery time is 1-3 business days for Delhi-NCR or 3-5 days for the rest of India.
(working days exclude National Holidays and Sundays).
The delivery timelines shared above are based on the average timelines of all our previous orders, and you are most likely to receive your order within that timeline. We do our best to expedite the shipping for all orders. However, occasional delays may happen on a case-to-case basis.
Please note that JivanX is not liable for any shipping delays or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as the recipient being unavailable or uncontactable, incorrectly addressed orders, weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay in such situations.
What happens if my order gets delayed?
We always do our best to expedite the shipping for all orders. However, it's possible on some rare occasions that shipment delays may happen. Shipping delays may also happen due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient unavailable or uncontactable, incorrectly addressed orders, weather conditions, and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay in such situations.
How do you ship the orders?
We have partnered with various shipment providers, including Delhivery, Xpressbees, ShipDelight, and Ecom Express, for local delivery to various pin codes in India.
Which locations or Pincodes do you deliver to?
We service over 20,000 Pincodes all over India which caters to the majority of the population and areas of the country.
Pincode serviceability may update from time to time and may be different for Prepaid and Pay on delivery methods based on availability.
If your pincode is not serviceable, you will receive an alert during checkout. You can then choose to enter a neighboring or accessible pincode that may be serviceable via our courier partners.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only within India.
