Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your JivanX account and the data linked to it. It applies to accounts created on jivanx.com or in the JivanX: Anti Choking Device Android app (developer: JivanX Emergency Care).

How to request deletion

  1. Email help.jivanx@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my JivanX account". You can also call or WhatsApp +91 7011954621.
  2. We will confirm that the request comes from the account owner.
  3. We delete the account and confirm to you by email, normally within 7 working days.

What is deleted

  • Your account profile: name, email address, phone number and password.
  • Saved delivery addresses and your wishlist.
  • Marketing and notification preferences.

What we may keep

  • Order, invoice and payment records, which we are required to keep under Indian tax and consumer law (typically up to 8 years). These are kept only for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can ask us at the same email address to remove specific data, such as a saved address or your phone number, while keeping your account.
